Teacher Shawn Laxson writes:
I read on the website how to look for youtube videos and the forms they need to be in. How do I get iTunes to convert the file?

Can anyone answer Shawn’s question? Thanks, Diane

Share Your Podcasts on PEP’s Blog

Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009

Hi, iPoders!
Look at the Education Links area of PEP’s website. You can download some comments from Dr. Ben Carson to share with your students. If you have other things you would like to share with your colleagues, send them to PEP and we can add them. This would be great for some of the things you and your students are creating.

Collect Data the Easy Way

Wednesday, April 8th, 2009

Greetings, Fellow Aiken County Educators,

Would you like a free, easy way to collect data from students, parents, colleagues and anyone else who has Internet access? If so, I recommend that you explore Google Documents. You can log in, create forms to collect data, view the data online and export it to a variety of useful formats.

This is great for online assignments, collaborating with colleagues on school-related projects, etc. It’s easy, it’s free, and it just works. All you need is a free Google account and you are good to go.

Google Docs are not blocked at school.

I have created a little tutorial for you to help you get started with Google forms.

Please post your comments below.

Best regards,
Art
